When you make a reservation with Family Ecolodge for a stay you have established a contract with the company La Borde Ecolodge, the company managing Family Ecolodge. The person responsible for the management of these personal data within the company is Mr. Eric OZANNE – eric (a) family-ecolodge.com or 02 38 31 83 20.
The personal data that we collect are intended to manage your reservation and your stay or to inform you of possible news, very exceptionally or to send you our New Year’s greetings (1 to 2 sendings per year, with a link of unsubscription if you do not wish to receive any more news from us). We are a small family business, and do not trade in your personal data and do not use them for any purpose other than the cases listed below. We do not process personal data to serve targeted advertisements on search engines or other websites based on the online behavior of individuals.
The following data is collected by us:
your first and last name and postal address (legal obligation)
your cell phone number to contact you before or during your stay
your e-mail address, to send you confirmation of your reservation and any useful information for the preparation of your stay, or to inform you of any news very exceptionally (1 to 2 mailings per year, with an unsubscribe link if you do not wish to receive any more news from us)
your credit card details, in order to guarantee your reservation and to protect us from possible unpaid bills
the way you got to know our Ecolodge (search engine, Cabanes de France, Gites.fr etc.) and the type of stay you had (individual, group, company), only for statistical and collective purposes
for companies: function of our interlocutors
These data are collected and stored by 2 third party companies:
KAMYAB-editions, managing our online reservation system: KAMYAB-editions (33 rue du maquis de Chambarand 38210 Tullins RCS: 537 515 082 Grenoble). The bank details are kept by this company on a secure server 24 hours after the end of your stay, to ensure any unpaid, then are deleted. Family Ecolodge does not keep these data.
eWeb concept, company editor of the management software Kwixeo.fr is published by the company eWeb Concept (20 rue des Anémones 91210 DRAVEIL – RCS 533234845 R.C.S. EVRY Email : contact@kwixeo.fr), used by Family Ecolodge for its management: estimates, sales invoices and monitoring of customer relations. Kwixéo undertakes to use the data of its customers only internally. In no case we resell or disclose information to a third party.
We do not collect information related to health, race, sexual orientation, religion and political opinions.
