Family Ecolodge is a place to stay where you take the time to relax and disconnect. The atmosphere “like at home” and the lively evenings, like in the village square in the past, require a little time to perform, time to get used to each other, to get to know each other etc. Also to see the Family Ecolodge spirit live,
Reservations are proposed from 2 nights (except bank holidays) and 3 nights in July-August.
To fully enjoy a stay at Family Ecolodge, we recommend a minimum stay of 3 nights.
50% of the amount of the reservation must be paid upon reservation. There are no application fees. The balance will be paid on site, upon departure.
For any modified or canceled stay: more than 15 days before the arrival date, we will retain the equivalent of 50% of the amount of the stay less than 15 days before arrival, interrupted or not consumed for any reason whatsoever, the entire amount of the reserved stay will be payable or will remain acquired by Family Ecolodge.
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance to avoid any inconvenience. No derogation from these cancellation conditions can be granted.
Our prices are based on the “Bed and Breakfast” principles : they are calculated per night and depend both on the duration of your stay and the number of friends of family members.
The standard price includes 2 or 4 guests and varies accordingly to the kind of accomodation you book.
Additionnal fees apply to any extra guest per night :
Free of charge for babies from 0 to 23 months. Free cribs are available on request.
Transfer or subleasing : the renting of each accomodation is personal and cannot be under any circumstances, sub-let or transferred to another family or person without prior agreement of the General Manager.
Arrival from 5 pm, departure before 11 am. Unfortunately it is impossible to arrive before 5 pm, for the reception is closed between 12 pm and 5 pm.
Your accomodation will be available from 5.00 pm the day of your check-in and will have to be vacated by no later than 11 am the day of your check-out.
Any overrun of the departure deadline will result in pro-rata temporis additional charges.
