1. conditions of admission :

The rental price includes : the rental of the accommodation, the sheets, the charges (water, gas, electricity), the access to the services of the reception, the games and the sauna. The rentals are available from 5 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 11 am on the day of departure. Any overrun will result in the invoicing of a prorata temporis supplement. Transfer, subletting : all rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred or sublet without prior agreement from the establishment.
3.security deposit :
For rental accommodations, a security deposit of 200 € is required upon arrival in the establishment. It is paid by credit card. This deposit will be returned in its entirety on the day of departure or within eight days at the latest, if the inventory of fixtures is satisfactory. Otherwise, the following will be deducted from the deposit: the value of missing objects, a fixed amount for cleaning (35 €) for insufficiently cleaned or excessively dirty facilities, in case of non-compliance with the ban on smoking in the premises or the ban on bringing in an animal. The amount of repairs in case of damage caused by the occupant. Any damage exceeding the amount paid as a security deposit will be charged to the client after deduction of the security deposit.
4.Capacity:
The number of persons indicated in our rates corresponds to the maximum occupancy allowed, taking into account the equipment available. It cannot be exceeded for safety and insurance reasons.
5.change of stay:
Any requested modification in terms of dates, place, duration, number of persons or family composition must be validated by our services. It may be subject to additional billing, if necessary, under the reservation fee. In case of arrival less than 15 days before the date of arrival, the cancellation conditions are fully applicable.

For any cancelled stay, Family Ecolodge retains a sum whose amount depends on the date of cancellation:
More than 15 days before the beginning of the stay: 0% of the rental price
Less than 15 days before the beginning of the stay: 100% of the rental price
The remaining amount will be charged directly to the credit card with which the reservation was made. Promotional rates are not cancellable.
If you book directly on our website (www.family-ecolodge.com) for a stay scheduled until 31/12/2022 you benefit from our peace of mind guarantee, i.e. a free cancellation until the day of your arrival, without any amount to pay, in the following cases

It is strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance.
Modification or cancellation of stay by Family Ecolodge before your arrival or on site:
In case of weather alert or with external events announced, beyond our control, such as bad weather, storm or storm, Family Ecolodge reserves the right to cancel your stay for safety reasons. In this case, we will propose you the postponement of your stay in the cabin to a later date. If you have already left your home, we will offer you other types of accommodation at no extra charge, subject to availability, on site or in another establishment. If you are not satisfied with any of these offers or if a new accommodation is not possible, all the sums paid will be reimbursed, except in case of force majeure; no other compensation can be claimed.

The reservation becomes effective only after confirmation by our services by e-mail.
Payment of the stay : a pre-payment by credit card is necessary to make your reservation. It will serve as a guarantee of payment. The payment of the stay will be done on the spot before the departure.
8 Promotions – Last minute sales:
During these occasions, it is possible that for the same stay the customers paid different prices. Clients who have paid the higher price will not be entitled to a refund of the difference between the price they paid and the promotional price. Discounts are not cumulative with promotions, nor are they retroactive.
9.delayed arrivals – early departures :
In the absence of a written message from the tenant specifying that he/she has had to postpone the date of arrival, the accommodation becomes available 12 hours after the date of arrival stipulated in the rental contract, and full payment of the services remains required. No reduction will be granted in the case of late arrival or early departure (see possibilities of reimbursement under the cancellation insurance).
10.optional cancellation insurance:
We advise you to take out optional cancellation insurance. In the event of cancellation for a reason covered by the insurance, this will allow you to obtain a partial or total refund of your stay, according to the conditions stipulated in the contract. 11.children :
The age of the children is calculated according to their birthday and the start date of the stay. An official document justifying the age of the children may be requested at the beginning of the stay. They are under the responsibility of the parents during the whole stay. From 12 years old they are considered as adults for the catering.
12.internal rules :
All tenants are required to comply with the rules of Family Ecolodge under penalty of sanctions up to the termination of the contract.
13.pets :
Pets are allowed on the site, whatever they are. (valid anti-rabies vaccination and identification certified by a card issued by the Société Centrale Canine). In case of non-compliance with this clause by the Customer, Family Ecolodge may refuse the stay. In this case, no refund will be made.
14.valuables and business deposit :
It is recommended not to leave valuables in the accommodations. The objects left in deposit in Family Ecolodge are under the responsibility of its owner. In case of theft or damage, Family Ecolodge can in no way be held responsible.
15.complaints :
Any complaint relating to a stay must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 30 days following the stay to the following address Family Ecolodge – La Borde – 45420 Batilly-en-Puisaye. In case of technical problems on the equipment of leisure or well-being, the company La Borde Ecolodge can not be held responsible and no refund will be made.
16.responsibility of the Customer :
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the information provided at the time of booking, or at any other time, is accurate and complete. 17. Additional charges and billing:
If you return the accommodation late, you will be charged the amount of the rental at the normal rate as well as the overrun and an additional charge of 50 € for late fees.
If you return the accommodation or the rented equipment (bicycle or other equipment) in an unsatisfactory state (damage, dirt, dry toilets not emptied, dishes not cleaned and/or put away …) you will be charged for the restoration of the premises. These costs correspond to the cost of replacement or repairs to be made, plus the working time required to manage the disaster at a rate of 30 € per hour.
You are responsible for the payment of all charges related to your rental and your use of the rented property and/or equipment
By accepting these rental conditions, you authorize us to charge your bank account, via your credit card, for any additional charges related to your rental. You must inform us of any changes to your credit card. At the end of each rental period, we will charge your credit card for the rental fee, additional charges and any damage to the rental property if you have not paid the amount due prior to your departure.

18. Hygiene:
By making a reservation to stay in our establishment, you agree to comply with the rules of hygiene in force in the establishment. Any breach of these rules may result in the termination, without notice or refund, of your stay. If you fail to empty your dry toilets, you may be charged for an additional two nights to perform a sanitary emptying.
